Specialist hauliers, Weston Transport, have added another 2 new FASSI crane vehicles to their already impressive fleet.

Continuing a long-standing relationship, Central Crane Technicians supplied the new FASSI F660RA.2.26 cranes with cabin-specification bodywork - one vehicle was specified with front crane outriggers, offering 360-degree lifting performance.

Both chassis were supplied by Richard Lock at Ford & Slater DAF and will be located at their Coventry depot.

Weston Transport have bases in both Glasgow and Coventry. The company has grown steadily in the under the management of Graeme Sherry - when Graeme acquired Weston Transport in 1997, the fleet comprised three crane vehicles and a flatbed, but now operates more than 30 vehicles out of their two depots.

The FASSI F660RA.2.26 is a market-leading crane, particularly popular in the cabin and accommodation industry – capable of lifting 3100kg at maximum hydraulic reach of 16.10M, the crane offers both impressive performance and payload figures.
