Weston Transport, Glasgow, has recently taken delivery of a new Fassi F485A.2.26 ‘xe-dynamic’ crane. Mounted behind the cab of a stretched 6x2 MAN, the crane will lift 2060kg at the end of its 6th hydraulic extension, and has an impressive self-weight of just 5200kg.
A bespoke 25’ long platform body was designed and built by Central Crane Technicians to Weston Transport specification, including an edge protection system and manually extending rear section, and finished blue to match their existing fleet.
